How does "approve the homepage first" work?+
Simple sequence: a 15-minute fit call, then a one-page scope we both accept in writing. Within two business days you see a desktop and mobile homepage direction, with one consolidated revision included. If it's not right, either side walks away and you owe US$0. If you approve it, a US$1,250 deposit starts the 10-working-day build clock; the balance is due when you accept the finished site on staging — before it goes live and everything is handed over to you.
Is US$2,500 really the full price? What's hidden?+
That's the full price for the 10-Day Website Sprint — website, Google Business Profile, on-page SEO, analytics, and launch. Hosting is US$15/month after the first year. If the one-time price is the obstacle, the same sprint is available as US$500 to start plus US$199/month for twelve months. The monthly SEO retainer is optional and separate — never required to launch.
Can you really deliver in 10 working days?+
Yes — the model is built around it: one build starts per week, so your slot is genuinely yours. The clock starts when the deposit clears and your inputs are in. And we put money on it — every full working day the staging handover is late because of us takes US$100 off your balance, up to US$500.
What if I already have a website?+
Most of our clients do — that's usually the problem. We'll send you a short teardown of what your current site is costing you (speed, mobile, booking friction), free. If it's worth keeping, we'll say so. If it needs replacing, the new one preserves your domain and search history.
How does the US$500 audit work?+
It's a 90-minute working session plus a written, prioritised automation map with effort estimates. The fee is flat, and it's credited in full against any build sprint you sign within 30 days. If the map says "don't automate this," you'll hear that too — it's a diagnosis, not a sales call.
How do payments work?+
50% to start, 50% at staging acceptance — tied to a written scope, always. Once your scope is agreed you can pay the deposit directly on our secure payment page — international cards and USD are accepted — or through a payment link created just for you. Payments are processed by Razorpay to our registered company, Treum Algotech (OPC) Private Limited — Lantern Studio is its studio brand, so that's the name you'll see on your card statement. You'll never be asked to pay from a cold email, and no work starts before the scope is agreed in writing. See our refund policy and terms.
Can I cancel the monthly retainer?+
Anytime, with 30 days' notice. No minimum contract, no cancellation fee. We think the results will keep you, but we'd rather earn that every month than lock you in.
Do I need to provide anything?+
A one-page brief covers the essentials — your business info, your services, and a few competitors you admire. We handle the rest: design, copy, photos (stock or yours), technical setup, and launch. If you have brand assets, great. If not, we'll create a look that's yours from scratch.
